Our goal is to provide you with the resources and guidance you need to confidently use the updated system and ensure a smooth transition. If you have questions or need additional assistance, the resources on this page are a great place to start.

How Do I Access My Course?

To access your course:

On the homepage of the website, click LOGIN on the top right corner of your screen. If you are using a mobile device, click the menu icon on the top right to see the LOGIN button.
Enter your email address and password, then click LOGIN.
On your Dashboard, select MY COURSES on your Dashboard to view your course(s).
Click the course title or play icon to open the course player.
Complete your course at your own pace. Be sure to SAVE your progress if you need to exit the course before you complete it.

Invitation Codes

UST Training invitation codes have been discontinued.

Businesses, Groups, Owners, Managers – If you distributed invitation codes prior to August 21, 2026 that were not redeemed, those invitations have been converted to open seats in your account. Please assign courses to those individuals so they can complete their required training. See How to Assign Courses to Learners for steps.
Learners – If you received an invitation code on or before August 21, 2026 and didn't redeem it, contact the person who issued it to request a training seat. For help accessing your account or courses, see How to Login and Access Your Course.
