Instructions to take the Tennessee Class A/B UST Operator Training

Since UST Training is not yet approved in Tennessee, we recommend you take the free online course provided by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (DE&C).

Here are the steps.

  1. Go to https://apps.tn.gov/ustop/ and read instructions.
  2. Create a new account by clicking Sign Up under the Class A/B Operators box on the right and follow set up instructions.
  3. You’re ready to train! Follow the instructions in the course.
  4. Once completed, follow your company procedure for submitting a copy of your certificate of completion.
