Here’s an oldie from the vault: I recently came across a copy of 2004 LUSTLine article: “I Don’t Train, I Enforce!”

I wrote about how to change behaviors in the UST world, giving state UST agencies ideas how to both inspire good behavior and discourage bad behavior using ideas from “Click” trainer Karen Pryor. The article received equal amounts of scorn and praise.
