Rules Adopted

Basics:
Kansas DHE adopted operator training in 2007, similar to EPA guidelines. Currently the State of Kansas funding Class A and B operator courses free of charge. Class C operators are to be trained by Class A and B staff. Refreshers are required every 4 years.

Class A/B:
Kansas DHE provides free line training classes. Kansas does not allow third party trainers unless under special contract.

Class C:
Our Kansas Class C online course is available but not currently approved in Kansas because Kansas does not allow third party trainers unless under special contract.
