Who is it for?
Anyone who is required to be certified as a West Virginia Class A or B UST operator. This course combines A and B training into one course and one certification. Attendees who pass the final exam will be certified as a Class A/B UST operator in the State of West Virginia.

What’s the cost?
Webinar: $169.95. Self-paced: $239.95. West Virginia is offering a limited number of $100/person grants towards our training. With the grant, the cost is only $69.95. Includes study guide, lessons and final exam.

How do I get my State grant?
You must own a regulated UST in West Virginia. E-mail us for your grant coupon. The training grant must be applied for and used by August 8, 2012. Grants are first come, first served and are only valid if redeemed at the time of purchase.

How does the self-paced option work? Rather than attend a live webinar, you have access to 10 recorded lessons. Take the course at your own pace. If you have questions while watching a lesson, call us for help toll free at 866-301-8265.

What if I want to buy for more than one person or buy for someone else? Easy. You buy as many “seats” per course as you like, then share those “seats” as licenses.

When is it offered?
You can sign up at any time. Webinars are scheduled once a month, and more often based on demand. Webinars run from 9 am to 4pm (Eastern Time) with frequent breaks including a one-hour lunch. You can take the final exam anytime you like.

When do I register for a webinar?
You select a date that works for you after you have purchased the course and log back into your account.

A webinar is a live seminar that is attended via the internet from your personal computer. It’s easy to use plus there’s no travel involved. You can interact with the instructor and other students, ask questions, make comments, and learn dozens of practical tips to avoid compliance problems.

You sign up for the course, attend the webinar and take the final exam afterwards. Download the required study guide to help during class and prepare for the open book final exam. Students who pass the final exam with a score of 80% or more will download their certificate of completion from their account (MY HOME) page.

How do I keep from falling asleep watching a webinar all day?
Our classes are designed to be lively and engaging. Our instructors share stories, ask questions, interact with users, show vivid images and generally do everything we can to keep your attention.

Can I train a whole group at my office? Sure. Use your conference room with internet, speakers, projector and screen, then you can have multiple people attend from one computer.
