Who is it for? Anyone who is required to be certified as a Wisconsin Class A or B UST operator. This course combines A and B training into one course and certification. Attendees who pass the final exam will be certified as a Class A/B UST operator in the State of Wisconsin.

What if I want to buy for more than one person or buy for someone else? Easy. You buy as many “licenses” as you like, then share those “licenses.” Buy as many you need, login to your account and 'share' the licenses.

When are webinars offered? Webinars are scheduled once a month, and more often based on demand. Webinars run from 9 am to 4 pm Central Time with frequent breaks including a one-hour lunch. You can take the final exam anytime you like.

When do I register for a webinar? You select a date that works for you after you have purchased the course and log back into your account.

Webinar? What’s that? A webinar is a live seminar attended via the internet from your personal computer. It’s easy to use with no travel required. You interact with the instructor and other students, ask questions, make comments, and learn dozens of practical tips to avoid compliance problems.

Can I train a whole group at my office? Sure. Use your conference room with internet, speakers, projector and screen, then you can have multiple people attend from one computer.

Is this training state-approved? Yes, the Wisconsin Department of Commerce has approved our course.

Who designates the Class A/B operator? The owner of the UST system usually designates the Class A/B operator among the staff. You can choose to have one or more Class A/B operators per site or you can have the A/B operator back at the main office as long as someone is designated for each UST site and can perform the required duties.
