    Colorado Class A/B Training FAQs

    Who is it for?
Anyone required to be certified as a Colorado Class A or B UST operator. This course combines A and B training into one course and certification. Attendees who pass the final exam will be certified as a Class A/B UST operator in the State of Colorado.

What’s the cost? Training is $169.95. Only $129.95 if you are a CWPMA member. Cost includes study guide, lessons and final exam. Compared to live training involving travel time and expenses, our online training is extremely cost-effective.

What if I want to buy for more than one person or buy for someone else? Easy. You buy as many “seats” as you like, then share those “seats” as licenses.

    When is it offered?
Once a month, usually on Wednesdays, and more often based on demand. Webinars run from 9 am to 4 pm Mountain Time with frequent breaks including a one-hour lunch. You can take the final exam anytime you like.

When do I register for a webinar?
You select a date that works for you after you have purchased the course and log back in to your account.

    Webinar? What’s that?
A webinar is a live seminar that is attended via the Internet from your personal computer. You interact with the instructor and other students, ask questions, make comments, and learn dozens of practical tips to avoid compliance problems.

    How does it work?
You sign up for the course, attend the webinar and take the final exam afterwards. Download the required study guide to help during class and prepare for the open book final exam. Students who pass the final exam with a score of 80% or more will download their certificate of completion from their account (MY HOME) page.

How do I keep from falling asleep watching a webinar all day?
Our classes are designed to be lively and engaging. Our instructors share stories, ask questions, interact with users, show vivid images and generally do everything we can to keep your attention.

Can I train a whole group at my office? Sure. Use your conference room with internet, speakers, projector and screen, then you can have multiple people attend from one computer.

Is this training state-approved? Yes, the State of Colorado Oil and Public Safety Division has approved our course.

Do you offer private classes? Absolutely. Contact us about setting up a private webinar for your staff.

Who designates the Class A/B operator? The owner of the UST system usually designates the Class A/B operator from among staff. You can choose to have one or more Class A/B operators per site or you can have the A/B operator back at the main office as long as someone is designated for each UST site and can perform the required duties.

What about Class C operator training? USTTraining.com offers Colorado state-approved online Class C operator training for $12.95 and only $9.85 for CWPMA members. SHOP CLASS C TRAINING
